Times and Dates
Workshops will take place on the dates specified (see Creative Textiles and Embroidery Group). In addition, there will be the option of a group trip during August 2027 (Date and venue TBC. Entry price is included in your fee. You will be responsible for your own transport arrangements).
Fees
A deposit of £50 to be made on booking to secure your place. Fees for the year are to be paid by monthly standing order of £65 payable each month for the year, beginning January 2027. Payment details will be sent to you upon booking.
Discounts and Benefits
Being a member of the Monthly Creative Textiles Group entitles you to a 10% discount on any further workshops or courses you book with me during the year. A discount code will be sent to you upon booking, to use on my website. I am available to answer any queries by email, phone or whats app throughout the month, should you wish to contact me for advice about your project work during the year.
Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is to be made to secure your place. If cancellation is within 30 days of your course starting, no further fees will be payable. If you wish to cancel part way through the course, you are required to give me at least two months notice (monthly payments will continue to be due until such time). Please note, commitment to the year is really important to enable me to run these wonderful groups!
Missed Workshops
I am unable to offer a refund on any missed workshops, unless the workshop is cancelled. It may be possible to offer you a place on the alternative date that month, if space permits. Transfers to other workshops that are not part of the Monthly Creative Textiles Group can not be permitted.
Being part of the group is a commitment to your own well being, creativity and time! I urge you to prioritize coming along to your own workshop, to maintain your cohesion as a group and to get the maximum benefits of being part of this wonderful creative community. Please note, that often projects will run over several months and it is imperative that you attend the taught workshop element, so that you can complete the project.
Materials and requirements
A list of requirements and further details will be provided at least one week prior to each workshop. Most materials will be provided, but there will be the occasional items you will need to supply. If you wish to use a sewing machine, you will need to bring your own with you (note sewing machines won't be obligatory for any of the projects).
