Creative Textiles Group - monthly meetings

 

My ongoing Creative Textiles Groups meet monthly throughout the year and work on a series of exciting embroidery projects based around a theme. The theme for 2025 is "the tree of life" and projects include making a textile vessel, an embroidered scroll, a covered lampshade and a wall hanging. We work on each textile project over the course of a few months, usually starting with a practical textile printing or embroidery workshop and then developing our ideas to create a finished piece.
