Machine Embroidery Workshop: Make a Bowl using Dissolvable Fabric Would you like to try your hand at a simple machine embroidery project? This is perfect for beginners, or those with some experience, who would like to have a go at using dissolvable fabric to create a beautiful, unusual bowl. We'll play with trapping different types of materials, such as organza, felt or snipped threads between sheets of dissolvable fabric. Next we'll stitch them together, using a simple pattern and then let the magic happen, when you dissolve away the stabiliser and mould your piece to reveal a fabulous, beautiful bowl. It's so much fun and the variety of different designs and effects you can achieve is endless! You will need to bring your sewing machine with embroidery (or darning) foot attached, plus some thread to use, but all other materials are included.

The full fee must be made upon booking to secure your place.
